What is the standard that should be expected after the clean is complete?

Our cleaning standard is second to none, however there are a few safety protocols that are put in place for our staff and use. Our aim is to remove any visible dust from your property that is visible from a standing eye level position.

Will the cleaners move any type of furniture to clean underneath surfaces?

If you would like our cleaners to clean beneath the surfaces of heavy furniture or objects, these will need to be moved before we arrive to complete the clean. This is because it poses as an OHNS safety issue, and we need to ensure the safety of our staff to be able to complete the work as best as they can.

Do I need to be home for my clean?

No, it is not preferred for you to be home, as we can get to all areas of the property and can complete a thorough clean. Although you are still more than welcome to if you feel more comfortable. For regular services we prefer to have key access which is stored securely onsite in a locked environment.

Why don’t you clean the laundry as part of the standard service?

The laundry is normally the messiest place in people’s home and mainly where you keep all the odds and ends. Therefore, it takes a longer time to clean a laundry, however we can add the laundry as an extra service if required.

When is the payment due?

For our residential customers payment is due directly after the completed service. For commercial customers payment is made within 14 days of completion. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

When should I book my clean?

We normally get booked out quite quickly, so we recommend booking in advance. So, plan ahead or call to see if we can organise an earlier time or an appointment in the near future.

When do I start getting billed for the service?

As soon as the cleaners arrive at the cleaning property the billing commences. As the cleaners start to pack up the equipment from the property and load it into the vehicle the billing will end once everything is packed up, and our cleaners are ready to leave.

Am I able to change my booking?

Yes, you can change the date and time of your booking however we recommend strongly to do it 24 hours before hand or in advance. Last minute cancellations may cause some issues with staffing and creates inconvenience, therefore please give as much notice as possible, which will be very much appreciated.
